Kruz Toney serves as the Sibshop Coordinator for the Pervasive Parenting Center. As the younger brother of Konner Toney, Kruz’s experiences growing up alongside a sibling with a disability are the reason PPC’s Sibshop program began. In many ways, Kruz is the original “sibshop kid,” and his journey has shaped the program from the very beginning.
Now 17, Kruz is stepping into an advocacy role of his own and helping lead the Sibshop program for PPC. He understands the sibling experience firsthand; the pride, the challenges, and the importance of having a space where siblings feel seen and supported. His natural leadership, empathy, and connection with younger participants help create an environment where siblings can build friendships, share experiences, and feel understood.
Kruz has a genuine heart for children with disabilities and their families and is especially passionate about supporting siblings as they navigate their own roles within their families. His involvement reflects PPC’s belief that siblings are an essential part of the family story and deserve support and connection as well.

Tana Hanson serves as a Family Outreach & Advocate for the Pervasive Parenting Center. She works to bring a deep understanding of statewide and local resources to the families she supports. As a former PPC board member, Tana has a long-standing connection to the organization and a strong commitment to its mission.
Tana is the mother of a son, Gus, who is on the autism spectrum. Her lived experience as a parent, combined with her professional background, allows her to support families with empathy, knowledge, and practical guidance. She is especially passionate about helping families navigate IEPs, understand school processes, and access training opportunities that empower parents to advocate effectively for their children.
With extensive knowledge of local resources and a collaborative approach, Tana helps families feel informed, confident, and supported. Her work strengthens PPC’s ability to connect families with the tools and information they need to make informed decisions at every stage of their journey.

Kodey Toney, M.Ed., is the Executive Director and Founder of the Pervasive Parenting Center. He established PPC in 2014 after navigating disability services and school supports for his son, Konner, and seeing firsthand how overwhelming the process can be for families. Recognizing that many parents in eastern Oklahoma were facing similar challenges without clear guidance, Kodey set out to create a place where families could find support, answers, and connection.
Today, Kodey leads PPC’s programs, outreach, and partnerships while staying closely involved with families across the region. His work is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and a commitment to making sure no family feels alone on their journey. Under his leadership, PPC continues to grow as a trusted resource for practical support and meaningful community.
Pyper Stalsworth serves as the Peer Mentoring and Social Media Coordinator for the Pervasive Parenting Center. In her role, Pyper works directly with students and school staff in four local school districts to promote disability acceptance, inclusion, and respectful school communities.
Through PPC’s Peer Mentoring Program, Pyper helps lead youth-focused initiatives that encourage understanding, kindness, and positive peer relationships. She supports the Respect Campaign, assists schools in addressing bullying, and provides autism acceptance and awareness activities designed to help students better understand differences and support one another.
Pyper’s work is deeply rooted in lived experience. She was one of Konner Toney’s peers growing up and has long been one of his strongest allies. This personal connection gives Pyper a unique perspective and a genuine passion for ensuring that students with disabilities feel accepted, valued, and supported within their schools.
In addition to her work in schools, Pyper manages PPC’s social media presence, helping share resources, program highlights, and positive stories from across eastern Oklahoma. Through both her in-person work and digital outreach, Pyper helps amplify PPC’s mission of acceptance, respect, and community support.
Terry Yarbery, M.Ed., serves as the Guidance Specialist for the Pervasive Parenting Center. A graduate of Pocola High School, Terry earned both her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and her Master’s Degree in Reading from Northeastern State University. She spent 33 years teaching at Panama Public Schools, including 24 years in first grade and nine years in upper elementary.
During her time in the classroom, Terry also provided tutoring through the 21st Century Grant and JOM programs for the Choctaw Nation. In 2013, she earned her certification in Special Education (Mild/Moderate) and continued teaching until her retirement in 2015. She is also a graduate of the Partners in Policymaking program, further strengthening her advocacy skills and her ability to support families navigating disability services.
When PPC received its first grant from the U.S. Department of Education in 2016, Terry joined the team as a Guidance Specialist. She now provides trainings, autism screenings, and direct support to parents and families, helping them understand school processes, locate resources, and make informed decisions for their child’s education.
Terry is the mother of two daughters, Shiloh and Shelby, and “Nana” to a granddaughter and grandson. She enjoys reading, crocheting, and traveling in her spare time.
Jennifer Toney, M.Ed., is the Associate Director and Co-Founder of the Pervasive Parenting Center. Alongside her husband, Kodey, she helped build PPC from the ground up, inspired by their shared journey supporting their son, Konner. Jennifer played a key role in shaping PPC’s family-focused mission and continues to support programs, planning, and outreach across eastern Oklahoma.
With a background in education and a deep commitment to helping families, Jennifer brings both professional insight and lived experience to PPC’s work. She remains an active part of the organization’s growth, offering guidance, encouragement, and hands-on support to families navigating similar challenges. Her influence continues to strengthen PPC’s vision of practical help, compassion, and community connection.
Chayla Huggins, MSW, serves as the Special Events Coordinator for the Pervasive Parenting Center. With a background in social work, Chayla brings both professional insight and a strong commitment to supporting families through meaningful, well-planned experiences.
In her role, Chayla helps coordinate PPC’s special events and activities throughout the year. This includes organizing community programs such as Social Group activities, Southeast Region Youth Expedition, Sensitive Santa, Transition Nights, and seasonal celebrations, as well as supporting fundraising efforts like PPC’s annual Trivia Night. Her work helps ensure that events are welcoming, engaging, and supportive for children, young adults, and families.
Chayla’s training in social work allows her to approach each event with an understanding of family needs, accessibility, and emotional support. She plays an important role in creating spaces where families feel comfortable, connected, and supported while building community together.
Konner Toney serves as the Chief Inspiration Officer for the Pervasive Parenting Center. Konner is the reason PPC exists. His diagnosis of autism at the age of three shaped his family’s journey and led his parents, Kodey and Jennifer, to create the Pervasive Parenting Center in 2014.
Through Konner’s experiences navigating early intervention, school systems, and community life, PPC was born out of a desire to ensure other families did not have to navigate those paths alone. Konner’s journey continues to guide PPC’s work, keeping the organization grounded in the real needs of individuals with disabilities and their families.
Konner’s role as Chief Inspiration Officer reflects the heart of PPC’s mission — reminding staff, partners, and families why advocacy, education, and support matter. His story serves as a constant reminder that every individual has value, potential, and a meaningful place in their community.

Kimmy’s journey with PPC began as a participant in the Social Group program, and she has grown into an essential member of the team. In her role, Kimmy helps keep the PPC office organized and welcoming. She assists with coordinating Social Group activities, the Youth Expedition program, and special events. Kimmy also supports preparations for programs such as Sensitive Santa, including organizing materials and stuffing bags, and she helps decorate the office for holidays and special events, creating a warm and inviting space for families.
Kimmy’s growth from program participant to staff member reflects PPC’s commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities as they build skills, confidence, and meaningful roles within the community. Her contributions are a valued part of PPC’s daily operations and team culture.
