our story

MISSION & VISION

The Pervasive Parenting Center exists to support families of children and young adults with disabilities by providing education, advocacy, and connection. We believe no family should have to navigate disability services alone, and that informed parents and empowered youth create stronger communities.

PPC was founded by Kodey and Jennifer Toney after navigating disability services and school systems for their son, Konner, and realizing how overwhelming and isolating the process can be for families. What began as a personal journey quickly became a mission to help other families avoid the confusion, isolation, and frustration they experienced.

Programs & services

PPC provides a wide range of family-centered programs, trainings, and youth activities across eastern Oklahoma. Our services support parents, schools, and communities in building understanding, access, and opportunity for individuals with disabilities.
